What we collect
When you ask for an estimate, you give us:
- Your name and phone number
- Your email and ZIP code, if you add them
- The service you need and anything you write in the message box
If you call or email us, we keep what you tell us about your project. Like every website, our hosting provider also logs basic technical details (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To call you back, inspect your roof, and give you an estimate
- To schedule and do the work, send invoices, and follow up afterward
- To see which pages and ads bring people to us, so we can improve them
We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Calls and texts
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request. We won't send you marketing texts unless you ask for them. Reply STOP to any text and we'll stop. We never share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their marketing.
Who else sees it
Only the companies that help us run the business, like our website host, database, and email provider. They handle it for us and aren't allowed to use it for anything else. We'll also share it if the law requires it.
If you apply for financing, you do that on Acorn Finance's site, under their privacy policy. We don't see or store your application.
Cookies and outside tools
This site saves one cookie of its own: whether you picked light or dark mode.
It also uses:
- Trustindex, which shows our Google reviews on the site. It loads from Trustindex's servers, which see your browser's standard request details.
- Meta Pixel, which tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) that someone visited our site, so we can measure our ads and show them to people likely to need a roofer. Meta may set its own cookies. You can control this in your Facebook ad settings.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for your project, your warranty, and our business and tax records. After that we delete it. Want it deleted sooner? Just ask.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, fix anything that's wrong, or have us delete it. Call or email us using the details below and we'll take care of it.
Kids
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
