A replacement starts with a full tear-off to the decking. Rotten boards get replaced, synthetic underlayment goes down with ice-and-water shield at the eaves and valleys, and GAF shingles go on by a GAF Certified contractor. The site gets swept with a magnet before we leave.
Every new roof comes with a five-year workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer's warranty on the shingles. That's 178 roofs since 2020 across Northern Colorado, every one of them with the owner on site.
