Most roof calls in Fort Collins are repairs, not replacements: a lifted shingle after a wind day, a pipe boot that cracked, flashing that never sealed right, or a handful of hail bruises. Chris handles most of those himself, usually within days of the call, and shows you photos of what he found before anything gets fixed.
If a repair won't hold, we say so and quote the replacement instead. Repairs on existing materials carry a one-year workmanship warranty.
