When a storm opens your roof up at night, the first job is stopping the water. We come out, cover the damage with plastic or underlayment, and stabilize whatever is loose. That covers broken skylights, blown-out windows, holes in the decking, and patches of missing shingles.
For storm damage handled through our program, that emergency repair is at no cost to you. The permanent fix gets scheduled once the weather clears and your claim is sorted. After 5 pm, the owner still answers the phone.
